Bring your old mail in from an mbox export, add aliases to a mailbox, and let the spam filter learn from your team.
Upload an mbox export from your old provider and it lands in the right mailbox, threaded. Every mailbox takes extra addresses that land in the same place and can be sent from. Spam goes to its own folder, each message says why it is there, and marking one trains the filter for your team.
