Features

Everything a team inbox needs. Shared and personal mailboxes on your own domain, in your browser, on any device.

Answer together. A shared mailbox is one your whole team opens. Everyone sees the conversation, and anyone can reply, from the shared address or from their own.

Open, or kept to a few.

Open a shared mailbox to the whole team, or restrict it to the members you choose.

Ten more addresses, free.

Every mailbox takes ten extra addresses that land in the same place, at no cost.

Yours alone. you@yourdomain is private to you: no admin reads it. It has folders, labels, rules, snooze and a vacation responder, the things a mail client is for.

Rules that sort for you.

Label, star, archive or mark new mail as read, by who sent it and what it says.

Snooze and stars.

Snooze a conversation until you need it, and star the ones to come back to. Your stars are yours, even in a shared mailbox.

Send it when it should land. Schedule a message for later, take it back in the seconds after you press Send, and attach files to any reply.

Draft with AI.

Ask for a first draft of a reply, then edit it. Each draft uses one AI credit from your plan.

Undo send.

A sent message waits a few seconds before it leaves, so a typo or the wrong recipient can still be caught.

Every word, searchable. Search across every mailbox you can open, and narrow it by sender, recipient, folder or mailbox.

Keyboard first.

Move, reply, label and snooze without the mouse. Press ? for the full list.

Spam stays out.

Spam lands in its own folder, and marking a message trains the filter for your team.

One account, one conversation. Rasket also sends email for your software. When a customer answers a receipt or a reset link, the reply lands in the same inbox, and the same account works in both.

Your domain in minutes.

Connect Cloudflare with one click, or paste a few records at any other DNS host. We check them and tell you when they are live.

Bring your old mail.

Upload an mbox export from your old provider and it lands in the right mailbox, threaded.

Questions

Can I use a desktop mail app?

Rasket Inbox runs in your browser on any device, and it installs as an app. Desktop mail apps connect over IMAP, which belongs to the paid plans. It is not switched on yet, and the first customer who asks for it is what starts it.

Is there a phone app?

Yes. Open Rasket Inbox in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen: it opens like any other app, and it can tell you when new mail arrives.

Can I bring my old mail?

Yes. Upload an mbox export from your old provider and it lands in the right mailbox, threaded.

Do I need a separate account?

No. The account you use for Rasket Inbox is the same one you send email with, and your plan's included mailboxes come with it.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Close a mailbox and its seat stops billing that day. Export your mail as mbox first if you want a copy.
