Send before you touch DNS

- Domains
Every new team can send to its own members at once, and higher sending limits unlock the minute you earn them.
A new team gets a managed sending address, so you can try Rasket on your own teammates before setting up a domain. Verify a domain of your own and the next sending tier unlocks immediately; add a card and the one after that does too, with no waiting period.
