Switch to Rasket in an afternoon.
Contacts, unsubscribes, lists, segments, templates, drafts and campaign reports: one key or one file, a few minutes, and nothing sent to anyone. Then a warm-up plan built from your engagement.
Pick where you’re coming from. Each guide shows what comes over, what doesn’t, and the three steps.
- Migrate from MailchimpAudiences, tags, segments, templates, drafts and reports. One API key.
- Migrate from KlaviyoProfiles, lists, segments, templates and campaigns. A read-only key.
- Migrate from SendGridContacts, suppressions, lists, templates, designs and single sends. One restricted key.
- Migrate from MailerLiteSubscribers, groups, segments and campaigns. One API token.
- Migrate from SubstackYour export zip: subscribers and who turned email off. Or any CSV.
- Migrate from any fileA CSV, or a ZIP of CSVs. We recognise the common exports and you match the rest.
Coming next: Brevo, Kit, Loops, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, Beehiiv, Constant Contact. Tell us which one you need.
Everything you’d be sad to lose. Where your platform lets us read it.
| From your old platform | In Rasket |
|---|---|
| Contacts and custom fields | Contacts and properties |
| Unsubscribed, bounced and complained | Suppressed, so they never get mail and never count on your plan |
| Lists, audiences and groups | Topics, with each contact's subscriptions kept |
| Segments | Live rules where every condition maps, otherwise a fixed list |
| Templates | Templates, with merge tags converted |
| Draft and scheduled campaigns | Drafts. Nothing is sent or scheduled for you |
| Opens and clicks | A warm-up plan that starts with your engaged contacts |
| Past campaign reports | A read-only archive |
Straight answers.
Will my contacts get an email when I move?
No. A migration only brings data in. Drafts stay drafts, and nobody is emailed until you send a campaign yourself.
Do unsubscribes carry over?
Yes, always. Unsubscribed, bounced and complained addresses come over suppressed, they are imported first, and they cannot be unticked.
What do you do with my old platform's key?
We only read with it. It is stored encrypted while the migration runs and deleted the moment it finishes or you cancel. Where the platform allows it, the guide tells you how to make a read-only key.
What doesn't come over?
Forms, landing pages, the drag-and-drop layout of templates, and automations with steps Rasket has no match for. Those are listed step by step so you can rebuild them. Each guide says exactly what stays behind on that platform.
How much will it cost?
Every plan includes marketing contacts: 400 on Free, 2,500 on Pro and 11,000 on Scale. Unsubscribed, bounced and complained contacts never count. You see the number and the price before anything is imported.
